I leased my car 12/2017, a 2009 Nissan Altima. I've put on 2600 miles in 6 months. The ignition failed and I emailed Paul Reis and then Ray DeLuca, then contacted Pascal Barrettee about my issue. They respond quickly and were friendly and helpful. They helped me in getting my car up to Johnston from Westerly and then fixing the problem. I know they could have been like other dealers and put the cost on me, but they truly went above and beyond to "make it right" and I'm grateful. I recommend them and Shannon Motors hands down.
Came into a calm environment. Did not feel any pressure what so ever. No hidden fees. Clean location. Sales were respectful and payed attention to what I was asking for and what I wanted. Very helpful with insurance choices.

I purchased my car around 9 months ago and from start to finish it was a very enjoyable process. I was shopping around for over 2 months and treated pretty poorly by most dealerships due to credit issues. John in the sales office was incredibly helpful in finding a good priced car in very good shape; with affordable monthly payments. Eucladis, Jessica and Stephanie in the finance office have been a pleasure to deal with an always available to answer any and all questions. Finally Pascal and the employees in the service dept have been instrumental in keeping my car running in like new condition. Any and all problems I've had, they have taken care of quickly and charged me a fare price.
